Yes. Equal Time works on meetings up to 8 hours long. In Premium accounts, there are unlimited recording minutes for your meetings. Can I add custom vocabulary or acronyms to Equal Time?

Yes! Equal Time supports up to 1,000 custom terms —including proper names, acronyms, and company-specific jargon. You can add them directly in your Account Settings , and Equal Time will use your preferred spellings in transcripts and meeting summaries. For organizations on a Company License, we also offer batch uploads so you can import a large set of terms at once. This makes Equal Time especially useful for industries with specialized language like healthcare, education, finance, or tech.
