Equal Time works with a simple setup—just sync your Google or Outlook calendar, then Equal Time’s bot automatically joins your virtual meetings, listens silently, and delivers a detailed post-call summary to participants. The summary includes:

• Gender-based speaking time analysis
• Sentiment analysis
• Suggestions on how to improve the meeting
